You can choose from the pictures availble in the drop down box, these are stock products and are ready to ship. Each picture is linked to the selection, colours may vary slightly due to screen resolutions.
Alternativley, you can choose to have custom butlers created. When selecting a custom design, please enter all colour details and embellishments/design into the custom text fields, failure to do so will result in a longer delay of your order.
Please allow up to 4 extra working days for custom designs. If you have ordered wax melts and other stock products with you order, please be advised that unless otherwise specified, all items in your order will be dispatched at the same time.

Typically, we wouldn't accept returns/refunds on custom orders, however we understand that accidents do happen in the post, and therefore we will assess all refund/return enquires based on their own merits.
