How long for delivery?
All items are sent via Royal Mail, depending on the delivery method selected at the checkout 2nd class is 2-3 days and 1st is usually next day.
How long do I have to wait for dispatch?
I will aim to get all orders dispatched within 48 hours.

If you are local and opt for collection, please arrive at my address no later than 8pm. Any orders received before 5pm will be available to collect same day.
How do I clean my wax burner?
To clean your wax burner, simply wait until the wax has cooled and set then light a tealight in the burner as usual and wait 10-20 seconds, you should then be able slide it out.

To avoid cross contaminating smells, and colours, we advise to wipe your burner down with a warm damp cloth or cotton wool pad and try with a paper towel before burning another scent.
How can I make sure that I'm using your products safely?
You should always refer back to the Care and Instructions link at the bottom on my page, but every wax product that is made and delivered by me will come CLP compliant. This means it will have clear safety instructions and any toxin/allergen information listed along with any necessary pictograms for each specific scent. Not all scents are manufactured with the same ingredients, so each label will look different to the others.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Depending on when you placed the order and the delivery method selected, please allow up to one working day extra before contacting me. This is just to allow for any carrier delays. If you still haven't received your order, please send me an email at sales.alluringaromas@gmail.com.
